We do not collect payment information directly on this site. If you become a paying client, billing details are handled through a separate, secure invoicing/payment provider not stored by us.

6. Client Services & Engagements

If you engage Coldsonar for paid services (outbound campaigns, GTM systems, etc.):

• Scope, pricing, deliverables, engagement structure, and any performance terms are defined exclusively in the signed service agreement/contract provided at onboarding not on this website. This page is a general policy, not a substitute for that agreement.

• Any performance expectations, benchmarks, or guarantees (if applicable to your engagement) will be explicitly outlined in your contract. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a guarantee of specific results.

• Any data you share with us for campaign purposes (e.g. your ICP, lead lists, brand assets) is used solely to deliver the agreed service and is not shared outside the engagement without your consent.

• Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms outlined in the specific service agreement signed at onboarding.

6a. Infrastructure & Systems Ownership

• Unless otherwise stated in your contract, all outbound infrastructure built during an engagement including but not limited to sending domains, email accounts, enrichment workflows (e.g. Clay tables), sequences, and automation systems remains the property of Coldsonar.

• Coldsonar retains ownership because this infrastructure is part of our proprietary system and is often reused/optimized across engagements.

• Handover of infrastructure to the client (in part or in full) can be arranged at the end of an engagement, or when a client is ready to bring outbound in-house, per the terms agreed in the contract. Handover is not automatic and is subject to the specific terms of your agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site including the playbook, templates, scripts, and any code/repo material is the property of Coldsonar unless otherwise noted.

• Free resources are provided for your use, not for resale or public redistribution.

• Any custom work delivered as part of a paid engagement is licensed for the client's use per the terms of that specific engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coldsonar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, our free resources, or our services, beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question (if applicable).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this page from time to time as the business evolves. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
